I've tried uploading the game 4 times, and gotten the response "We are unable to process your request at this time." I'll try later tonight.
here's the thing about that message: it is lying to you. if you hit ok and then hit triangle, go back into your locker you will notice that it actually uploaded the game. sometimes EA lies and it's a little bastard. it will say the same thing sometimes about making the game public, but in fact it did make it public. try going to the menu screen and then back into your locker and you will see what i mean.
