Whoever Scores the Most Points After Four Quarters is Usually the Winner

It's as different as you'd expect: hardly at all. There are a fair number of cosmetic changes (new menus, new tackling animations) but not much changed in the game play, at least that I was able to tell in 3 games. I've played on All-Pro; I haven't played on All-Madden yet.
